Absolutely beautiful antique oak dresser with original mirror, dating to approximately the early 1900s. This substantial piece features gorgeous quarter-sawn oak grain, an intricately carved floral and scroll crest, carved detailing throughout, and beautiful ornate antique-style hardware. I have cleaned, stained, and refinished the entire piece, giving the oak a rich, warm finish while allowing the natural grain and extensive carving to really stand out. Features: • Antique early-1900s construction • Quarter-sawn oak with beautiful grain • Large original mirror • Elaborate carved floral/scroll crest • Carved decorative backsplash • Ornate metal drawer pulls • 4 spacious drawers • Heavy, solid construction • Freshly cleaned, stained & refinished The piece has some minor imperfections and character marks consistent with its age, but overall presents beautifully. The refinishing really brings out the detail in the oak and carving. A fantastic statement piece for a bedroom and a great example of early 20th-century American oak furniture.
